Ask us about Al-Aqsa
Letter Dated 23 February 1968 From the Permanent Representative
of Jordan Addressed to the Secretary-General
In recent days, the Temple Mount groups; “Students for the Temple” and the “Temple Mount Heritage Foundation” have intensified their call for extremist settlers to storm al-Aqsa Mosque during the Passover days from Sunday, April 1, 2014, until Thursday, 5.4.2018.
The announcement states that the incursions would be intensified during the morning and evening periods from 7:30 am by a large number of Zionist settlers. Temple groups will serve food and drinks at the Mugrabi Gate to accommodate the radical Jews.
These announcements came after the Temple groups have received guarantees from the ‘Israeli’ police to facilitate the storming into al-Aqsa Mosque and to ensure the entry of hundreds of extremist Jews during the Passover period.
Poster issued in the ‘Zionist Entity’ in 2005, shows a group of extremists Jews in front of imaginary model ‘Jewish Temple’ which is completely replacing al-Aqsa Mosque. It was written on the picture in Hebrew: “At the beginning of Nisan (April) 10,000 Jews are ascending to the Temple Mount in purity”. The poster is an explicit invitation for extremists Jews to storm al-Aqsa Mosque.
Poster issued in 1980 in the Zionist entity, shows the future plans of Zionists towards al-Aqsa Mosque, where all the landmarks of al-Aqsa Mosque were removed, and the Dome of the Rock was replaced by the Jewish temple. It was written on the picture in Hebrew: “Gives Breath to the People in It and Spirit to Those Walking Upon It”.
This poster was issued by the Zionist Likud Party in 2014, led by the radical settler Moshe Feiglin. He calls thousands of extremists Jews from Likud Party to visit the “Temple Mount” to thank God and to support the Likud Party’s leadership in its efforts to impose full control over the Temple Mount [al-Aqsa Mosque]. He also calls to clean the “Temple Mount” [Al-Aqsa Mosque] from Israel's enemies who stole the land and build the Jewish temple on the ruins of al-Aqsa Mosque-.
An educational booklet published by the Supreme Islamic Council in 1927. The booklet presents a description of al-Aqsa Mosque and its most important landmarks in addition to some of the pictures and reconstruction efforts that existed at that time. It also includes a summary of its old and modern history. The booklet starts with an invitation by Haj Amin al-Husseini, Mufti of the Holy Lands and chairman of the Supreme Islamic Council, to draw the attention of Muslims in all countries to the situation of al-Aqsa Mosque and its need to be renovated.
Notice: A grave mistake was made in this booklet about the history of al-Aqsa Mosque. The Jews try to use it to promote their claim to control al-Aqsa Mosque.
